Praise Fitness is on Saturdays at 9.30am in the hall. We have fun and fellowship, get fit, learn routines, all the while listening to some brilliant praise music. Please come along and give it a try, the routines can be adapted and done as low or high impact. Classes are free and the routines are standing (no lying down required!). Wear comfortable clothes and trainers, bring water and hand weights if you have them. Remember the class is for everyone so if you would like to invite a friend please feel free to bring them along
Seated praise fitness is on Wednesdays at 3.05pm also in the hall.
